Mapido ("we", "us") helps businesses discover public local business information for B2B lead discovery. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

Account information (name, email), workspace and team data, scan parameters and results, billing metadata, and usage logs. Business data is fetched from the official Google Places API and stored according to Google Maps Platform terms.

How we use information

To provide and improve the service, process scans and exports, meter credits, secure the platform, and comply with legal obligations.

Google user data

If you connect Google for Sheets export, we request the minimum scopes required and store OAuth tokens encrypted at rest. You may disconnect at any time from Settings.

Data retention

We retain Google Places data in line with platform caching rules and refresh requirements. Place identifiers may be retained for deduplication.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law (including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023), you may request access to or deletion of your personal data by contacting support.
