Is Mapido a Google Maps scraper? +
No. Mapido uses the official Google Places API (New) and complies with Google Maps Platform terms. It is a local business intelligence and lead discovery platform, not a scraper.
What data do I get? +
Public business information where available — business name, category, public phone number, website, rating, review count, address, business status, and a Google Maps link. Availability depends on Google Places API fields.
Do you provide personal mobile numbers? +
No. We only surface public business phone numbers where available. We never provide private personal numbers.
How does credit pricing work? +
1 credit = 1 enriched business. Duplicates are never charged. When a scan finds fewer businesses than estimated, the unused reserved credits are refunded automatically.
How do exports work? +
Open a scan, filter and select your leads, paste a Google Sheet URL, and export. You can append rows, create a new tab, or update existing rows by Place ID. Duplicates are skipped.
Can I use this for cold outreach? +
You are responsible for lawful, respectful outreach that complies with applicable communication and privacy laws (including India's DPDP Act, 2023). Do not use exports for spam.
Is there a free plan? +
Yes — every new workspace starts with 1,000 free credits, no card required.
